Whether you are a new or seasoned Member, we encourage you to join us at our next Member Orientation. Learn more about the Convention and Visitors Authority (CVA) and how you can create new business opportunities working with the CVA and other Members. There will be no formal presentations, as this is a networking event.

When: Thursday, April 24, 2008

Where: CVA Boardroom at 70-100 Highway 111, Rancho Mirage

Time: 10:00 am - 12:30 pm

10:00 am - 11:30 pm Orientation:

The first half of Orientation will be an opportunity for you to showcase and promote your business to CVA staff and attendees. We recommend that you bring flyers, brochures, and other descriptive materials. (You are more than welcome to drop off your materials, just arrange a time and date with Amber Brooksbank.) You can expect about 25 other members and 10 staff members.

11:30 am - 12:30 pm Meet the CVA Staff:

The second half of Orientation will familiarize you with the many services your CVA offers, how we function, and how to make your membership investment worthwhile for you.
