This billboard, sandwiched between the Union Pacific right-of-way and Interstate 10, has prompted some interesting reactions, mostly along the lines of: "I can never guess the age of those [insert name of ethnic group here]. They look so young."
Clicking the photo will reveal that it's a plea for energy conservation (78°F=25°C) from the Imperial Irrigation District, a local water/electric company.
