The new Miss Teen USA (crowned last night, here in Palm Springs) is Katie Blair, from Billings, Montana.

Some of her prizes include a scholarship to New York School of Film and Television, and a year of living at Trump Tower.

Katie was voted the 2006 prom queen and "Most likely to star in a sitcom" by her fellow students at Billings West High.

Hm. Another Kelly Ripa in the making?
