The 11th Jacqueline Cochran Air Show will take flight Nov. 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Jacqueline Cochran Regional Airport in Thermal.

This biennial community event is one you won’t want to miss with its free parking and free admission. Adrenaline pumping diving maneuvers and aerobatic stunt pilots are sure to take your breath away. The show is a collaboration of the Riverside County Economic Development Agency and the Jacqueline Cochran Regional Airport Authority.

The show will feature the dynamic performances of the Patriots Jets Team with six high-flying jets. Melissa Andrzejewski will dazzle audiences with her Edge 540 Aircraft, while John Collver’s War Dog and Bill Braack and his Smoke-n-Thunder Jet Car will fulfill the need for speed.

Other exciting performances include routines by the Red Eagles Formation Display Team and acrobatic acts by Jon Melby, Ken Pietsch with his Jelly Belly Plane, and Vicky Benzing.

This family friendly event will include aircraft static displays, food, merchandise and specialty vendors. Aviation enthusiasts of all ages can explore and let their imaginations soar through the history and adventure of aviation.
