The Coachella Valley’s top realtors were treated to a preview of the two homes at the Chino Canyon Project — The O’Donnell House and The Beadle House — during the Palm Springs Life Homes party. Each home is named after its designer, Palm Springs architect Lance O’Donnell and the late Phoenx architect Al Beadle.
The evening was made possible through the sponsorship of Walter Neil of Franklin Loan Center, Robert Sabo of Desert Moving Co., and Willie Rhine of Eight4Nine Restaurant and Catering.
Guests were allowed to tour both homes while the party settled at The O’Donnell House with eats and drinks provided by Eight4Nine and Oh My Donut.
