In its continuing effort to assist real estate professionals in the Greater Palm Springs communities, the Palm Springs Regional Association of REALTORS® (PSRASR) recently reached out to brokers and their affiliates with a breakfast meeting at the newly opened Eight4Nine Restaurant in Palm Springs.

Attendees were encouraged to provide feedback both in a provided print survey and during a Q&A session on how PSRAR can enhance its role to ensure members have the tools to better serve buyers and sellers.

During the breakfast, a team from MLS.com presented new features coming to the website that will expand its informational capabilities and give the Realtor a streamlined path to improved communication with clients.

In addition, PSRAR unveiled its partnership with Palm Springs Life’s Market Watch team, who will begin sharing critical data and resources during its inaugural PSRAR Market Watch event on Oct. 20 at Escena Golf Club in Palm Springs.

Mike MacDonald, Vic Cooper, and Rob Severe outlined at the breakfast how Market Watch’s proactive efforts in education result in real estate professionals with greater knowledge and strengths. Their quarterly report delivers comprehensive detail on home sales in the desert cities that gives real estate professionals direction and a viable source to share with their clients.
