A Slice From Chicago
Fresh from Chicago’s fashionable North Shore, interior designer Robert Levine and artist and designer Bryan Boomershine have opened their second showroom: Robert Bryan Home on El Paseo. Inside, Boomershine’s original art complements custom furniture, home accessories, and lighting. Over the owners’ 30 years of industry experience, they have honed an aesthetic that combines warm neutrals with splashes of color and metallics to transform rooms by blending styles and periods.

Designer Art
Wendover Art Group has collaborated with Palm Springs–based designer Christopher Kennedy to offer a new collection of nearly 40 pieces. Matted and framed works on paper include sketches Kennedy made as a student studying in Europe. Vibrant showstoppers on canvas are finished with hand-applied gold leaf and mounted in white wooden floater frames.

Stars Like It Hot
Did you catch this novel detail during Modernism Week? The state-of-the-art Ferguson kitchen at CAMP featured Thermador’s new star-shaped burners on a 60-inch range. The celestial blue glow offers better heat distribution than a round burner thanks to a 56 percent longer perimeter. That’s star power.
