The sky was blazing with pink and purple, a perfect backdrop for the Cycle Fun Cycledelic Ride around the community. Decked out in neon and fluorescent jerseys with glowing lights and accessories for their bikes, cyclists headed out for the 4.9-mile loop inside of Toscana.
The Cycledelic ride was just one of the many fun events held throughout the season for the Toscana Bike Club – known as the Cicilio di Toscana. Along with the 4.9 Toscana Criterium inside the gates, weekly guided rides from 10 – 40 miles take cyclists of all levels around the Coachella Valley.
In addition to the local rides, Toscana organizes Member road trips that involve day or weeklong excursions to beautiful destinations in Southern California and across the world. This summer, a group from Toscana will be pedaling across Tuscany, Italy and last year a group cycled in Croatia. The Bike Club gives Members and guests the opportunity to connect with each other while honing skills and accomplishing goals.
