A unique, luxury resort offering water sports and recreational experiences is coming to Palm Desert.

Resort-goers can try their hand at the state-of-the-art surf pools or chill in a lazy river. With paddle boarding, wakeboarding and a skate arena, there’s something for everyone.

“The surf and action sports resort will offer a four-star hospitality experience for the entire family to enjoy,” says Scot Matteson, executive chairman and founder of Matteson Capital.

The resort is centrally located off Country Club Drive and Cook Street and is insulated in the picturesque serenity of Desert Willow’s ecofriendly municipal golf course.

“Desert Willow has always been a frontrunner in the industry as an environmentally sensitive golf course,” said Derek White, general manager at Desert Willow Golf Resort.

Surrounded by three prestigious, international hotels and villas, the resort will offer a luxurious wellness center, four-star spas, restaurants, bars, lounges, and pools, along with action sports and entertainment attractions including: surfing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, rock climbing, lazy river, water slides, skate arena, amphitheater, nightclub, and sand volleyball courts.
